β€οΈ Nourishing your body by cooking your favourite meal and sitting down to enjoy it without distractions
β€οΈ Take some time to journal about what you love about yourself today and what you enjoy to do for yourself
β€οΈ Connect with yourself and take some time for some breath work or a meditation on self-love today
β€οΈ And probably the most important for your heart health, get a good night's sleep! Why not unwind with a nice cup of tea and a face mask as a treat to yourself today
