🌞 Sunday Checklist 🌞
A few small reminders today that can make a big difference in how you start your week:
✅ Plan your dinners & snacks: It helps you shop smart and avoid those last-minute, processed choices.
✅ Schedule your exercise: Make it part of the plan, not an afterthought. Getting it done = more free time later.
✅ Prep your outfits (and the kids’!) Avoid the weekday morning chaos by getting everything ready the night before.
☀️ Summer mode is in full swing, and if I’m honest… the “treats” are getting a bit out of hand already!
So today, I’m making some healthy treats with the kids. 🍓🍌 Getting them involved = more fun and (hopefully 🤞) more likely they’ll eat them!
🕒 A few hours of prep today = a smoother, less stressful week ahead.
And now… I’m off to the gym with my sister nice and early, so the rest of the day is mine to enjoy 💪💕
