Calf Massage with Nuasan Active CBD Gel to relax and unwind this Christmas 🎄

Step 1: Start with clean skin
Ensure your legs are clean and dry. This allows the gel to absorb fully and work its magic.

Step 2: Apply a pea-sized amount of Nuasan Active CBD Gel.
A little goes a long way!

Step 3: Massage upward from ankle to knee
Using both hands, gently glide upward in long, slow strokes along the calf muscle. This encourages circulation and lymphatic flow.

Step 4: Use kneading motions
Place your thumbs on either side of the calf and gently knead, especially in areas that feel tight or sore. Think of it like “press and roll” – this helps relax knots and tension.

Step 5: Small circular motions on pressure points
