Well done Ruth. It’s great to see your voluntary efforts being acknowledged. Well deserved 👏🏼👏🏼😊

In GCH we have some of our own frontline heroes who kept spirits up and fitness levels high during Level 5.
A practicing physio in her day-job, Ruth Molloy usually contributes greatly to the club on Fridays throughout the winter as a wonderful coach to our Pavilion sessions, but recently she stepped up to offer regular Zoom sessions which were really well attended & really popular with all who attended.
The club wishes to thank Ruth so much now we are returning to outdoor activity again.
We also wish to thank the many children who participated & engaged so well each Friday. And their parents who made their participation possible!

The club training resumes on Wednesday April 28th on Dangan track for those who train on Wednesdays & thereafter. Thanks to Ruth many members will be be able to literally hit the ground running!
