We’ve got great numbers signing up for our UBFit 2026 sessions from Low Impact Workouts to our Yoga Sessions & OnLine Zoom Classes plus the ever popular Choir - and though we’re still taking participants for all the above now it’s time to focus on the NEW Friday eve 6.15PM “Mix & Match” Session .. It’s a non-competitive (U-versus-U) Workout that incorporates:

- 15 minutes of Jog/Walk
- 15 min with Light Weights Exercises
- 15 minutes of Boxercise (optional)

I’m delighted to say that , due to demand, Fiona (Brown) one of Galway’s foremost & experienced Yoga Instructors has agreed to add an additional Class to the UBFit Yoga Timetable in our Bearna Studio.

From Tuesday 13th January there’ll be a 6.15PM evening Class with Fiona to add to her current 11AM Wednesday & 11AM Friday morning sessions.
