I feel so much love in my heart for the beautiful ocean-facing, sun-catching space, where I had the chance to host and practice with the loveliest community.

Last Monday, on Easter Monday, we joined together at .ie for a beautiful yoga practice for Gaza.

It was a practice to nourish our heart space, to open it and plant the seeds of love, light, and joy. When we finished the class I still remember the energy being so light; and I am still so deeply thankful of all who have joined, for their beautiful practice, on such a special day, for such a special cause 🤍

These words of Thich Nhat Hanh were the inspiration to me when I was planning for the class. In his words, generating the energy of mindfulness to touch peace is crucial, instead of touching war first. And touching peace we can do as individuals, we can do as a community, we can do as …nation.

I’m delighted to share that we are bringing back the weekly Yoga for Teens classes at .ie

A personal story that I haven’t shared.

I started yoga when I was 15 when my mum brought me to her daily classes during a stressful period at school. In the last 10 years, I can say that practicing and teaching the principles of yoga have guided me through my ups, and lifted me through my downs.

Growing, and living in this life with yoga as the guidance to me is a gift that I will be forever grateful for 🤍

This is why I would recommend this to everyone, as I truly believe in the benefits yoga can bring to your journey of growing up and defining who you are 🥰

I’m so happy to share that I am joining .ie and offering Yin Yoga classes at their serene studio overlooking the Wild Atlantic sea 🤍

Yin is a beautiful practice with slow-paced and long-held poses.

In contrast to Yang yoga styles such as Vinyasa, time and gravity become our best friends, allowing our body to safely work into the deepest tissues.

there were some changes in my life recently - moving countries, towns, and houses 🌊

luckily I think I’m settling in quite okay, hopefully with spring coming in, there will be some cool projects happening in the space ☀️🌸
