Inspired by because this is definitely a problem I’m seeing - people feeling less than worthy because of their times - because they’re comparing them to others.

I know because I was exactly where you are. Now, I enjoy the experience no matter what that time or number means 🫡

I tried a Try and didn’t die 🙌 (I did vomit though - video included 🙃)

I chose this Try a Tri because it was in a pool and unfortunately it happened to be the weekend after a big CrossFit competition last weekend 🫣

But I couldn’t have been happier with how it went 🙌 Very grateful to who I literally would not have been able to attempt this without 🙏

I told I would NEVER EVER do a Tri 🤣 And I won’t say it’s the sport for me - but I thoroughly enjoyed it and delighted I went for something so outside my comfort zone 💃💪

80% of my time - I’m doing things right. It’s never 100%. Your perfectionist attitude is exactly the reason you’re stuck!!!

I had a client finish with me recently who lost 5kg post partum and she was beating herself up because she didn’t have time to do home workouts. Even though she was running twice a week, her nutrition was super and she was running on very little sleep 🤷‍♀️

I help women realise and recognise the GOOD they are doing instead of constantly beating themselves up that they’re not perfect.

No one is perfect. The problem is people think being consistent is about being perfect. And you’re wrong. This is why people keep waiting for the ‘perfect time’ to start their health and fitness journey.

The choice you have to make is whether you keep waiting or start now - like Margaret who started 2 weeks ago and is already on holidays 🫡
