Can't believe it's been 2 weeks already and what an amazing weekend 🙌
One thing that really stood out was people were not well informed. They'd been told unexplained infertility and had no idea why they couldn't get pregnant naturally or why IVF cycles were failing. 😥

➡️ Just want to share this feedback and highlight that are many issues this client faced that would have never been picked up on the free HSE IVF round. Most couples go into that round blind, just been told unexplained infertility and the problem is that:
✨️Unexplained simply means unexplored✨️

➡️ Often an issue that is impacting natural pregnancy can stop IVF from working. It’s really important to advocate for yourself and if you are falling under the category “unexplained infertility” do some investigations while you wait to be called for your round.

Even the most advanced fertility clinics are limited in what they can offer clients when they supporting couples through an IVF round.

➡️ I recently had another client go into one the larger, well known IVF clinic with all her testing done in advance of her free HSE round and the doctor was really pleased – He told her that he was so glad that she covered so many bases because they are really restricted by what they can offer with the HSE round. He told her to keep doing what she is doing! We uncovered both microbiome and immune issues as well as endometriosis! She now has a very strategy in place to give her a much better chance of success. 🙌

➡️ The keto diet can be so healing for anyone insulin resistance. Insulin resistance means that your cells can’t use glucose for fuel appropriately.
➡️ This can then lead to symptoms of constant cravings especially for sugar, fatigue, headaches, mood swings and difficulty losing weight. It can also increase inflammation in the body.

➡️ For a lot of people switching to burning fat can be absolutely life changing in terms of how well they feel. Of course it’s a strict diet and won’t suit everyone and don’t worry I don’t put all my clients on keto, but for some people they will just thrive and love it and I was exactly like that when I first started.

✨️ I had been trying to conceive for 8 months when I spotted Niamh’s 6 week keto program. I've found in past if I'm over a certain weight I find it much harder to conceive. I had tried starting keto on my own with no success so was delighted to find Niamh’s group and found her to be very supportive. I started back in November and did the 6 weeks and I really enjoyed it so continued on after Christmas, lost 18lbs and found out I was pregnant this January! It has been very positive experience all round and I am delighted I joined the program✨️
