This is National Arthritis week Mar 31st - April 6th. This degenerative disease can commonly affect the ankle joints which can make it difficult to get out & do the 150 hours of physical activity per week that are recommended for good health. Arthritis Ireland website have published a 6 week Walking Plan designed to assist reaching this goal, in a very gentle way. I have collated their Walking Plan on to the images below. A drop of nail polish on your hands and toes can give you an uplift in a few minutes but are there nasty components lurking in the ingredients that could jeopardise your health? The European Union is definitely better than the US industry at protecting its citizens against harmful chemicals but there is still a way to go. Read the ingredients list, I know, it’s going to be tiny & impossible to pronounce but we would do well to inform ourselves of what we are putting on our bodies. The cuticle area is a sensitive region where chemicals can permeate and of course we can breathe in vapours as we apply & wait for the product to dry.
