Reiki Level One Training this weekend,

Had to cancel the evening class I teach due to the weather so I managed to get ahead of myself with admin this afternoon,

I've printed off the manuals for the four lovely people that are booked in with me to start their Reiki Journey next Saturday & Sunday,

It's an absolute honour they've chosen me to teach them,

I'll never tire of seeing people walk through the door in search of something to help them & Reiki does that every single time,

A beautiful weekend awaits us all 💛

Ted:"My head feels fuzzy & I feel a little sad & I don't know why..I just want to stay under the duvet all day where I'm safe,"

Nelly:"Awww Ted I'm sorry you don't feel safe but if we get up together now we can go with Ben & snuggle down under blankets with the children at school & have Sound Bath,"

Ted:"Oh,OK.. I know that always makes me feel better..sometimes we need to just remember what helps..I'm glad you're my friend Nelly..you always help me remember",

€94 raised in the raffle today for

I drew the names out after the Sound Bath earlier when we were having a cuppa,

People's names & phone numbers were on the tickets attached to the prizes so I didn't take photos,

All winners have been notified,

Instead I've attached a photo of my beautiful Belle from a few years ago,

The absolute picture of contentment which is just about how I'm feeling right now 😊

What an amazing day so far,

14 people came along to try out various types of Massage this morning,

I think they all left feeling better than when they came in,

So lovely to see new faces coming through the doors of Seomra Sangha & familiar ones too,

Tired now but happy tired,

All set up for Sound Bath at 4pm with some lovely people coming along,

When you love what you do,you'll never work a day 🙏
