New Year's resolutions generally have the ability to make us feel like failures by the 2nd week in because we set the bar too high,

It's all very well being told this is the time to release stuff out blah,blah,blah..maybe we don't know how to do this..It's all buzz words that are used so often we don't know what they even mean anymore,

Every minute of every day is different & new so they're all opportunities to change your habits,behaviour,mindset..try not to feel pressured to change things just because it's a certain date,

We're all different in so many ways from who we were in the past..maybe look at this time as a time to reflect on the good we've done in the last year & maybe not be focusing on all the crap bits,

Growth & change is coming & in the words of Mr.David Bowie we must "Turn & face the strange ch-ch-changes",

Embrace all of it..much love & peaceful joy to you all on this New Year's Eve 💓

I've just 2 places left for this beautiful event on New Year's Eve morning,

As soon as people who came along last year heard I was doing it again they booked in straight away,

You can lie on a provided Yoga mat or sit on a sofa or comfy chair,

I also provide blankets & cushions but you're welcome to bring your own,

I'm trained & qualified in both Breathwork & Sound..I've been teaching Breathwork for over two years & bringing Sound to the general community,schools,ASD Units,Advocates For Autism,Centres for Adults with Intellectual Disabilities for six years now,

We start with a full Breathwork Class & drift seamlessly into a full journey through Sound,

We finish up with tea,coffee,Herbal teas,homemade ginger & lemon tea,

Fresh brown bread,fresh fruit,eggs etc & of course chats,

It's an absolute steal at €25 & a peaceful way to step into our new year,shaking off all that we don't want to carry any longer,

Between now & Christmas I'm not going to be posting about vouchers,cds or my therapies & workshops etc,

You all know what I do..you all know how to contact me if you want to book in for a pre-Christmas treatment or if you want to buy a voucher or cd by all means do contact me for them..I'm available for treatment appointments all week..if you want to book in for Gorey the booking link is in my bio,

Appointments available up to & including December 23rd & from December 27th onwards,
Breathwork & Soundbath on New Year's Eve morning..€25..just 3 places left,

Cds & vouchers can be collected,

Nothing I say or post is going to make you book in or buy if you don't want to,

So I'm stepping back..constant self promotion is wearing & it's not in my interest to wreck my own head let alone yours with "last minute gift ideas"...the Universe will send clients etc..I spend all year pushing my business so it's time to cool my boots for a week or so,

From tomorrow I'll only be posting Christmas pictures & music or my usual ponderings on life but no "business posts"

It's bound to happen,

If you live with anxiety it can be difficult to not allow it to control you,

Then along comes Christmas season & it can triple or quadruple the triggers,

"How am I going to afford it",

"My social anxiety is really bad right now & I can't face into the work Christmas party etc,

"I'm grieving & just haven't the energy to be smiling at people..it's too much",

"The thoughts of being around family that I don't get on with is wrecking my head",

On & on it goes till it's spiralled out of control & you can't pull yourself out of it,

All of my therapies are designed to help ground,balance & relax you as well as help quieten the head,

Reiki in particular with Sound added in is particularly good at helping with all of the above,

Go easy on yourself..invest in yourself by taking the time to come along to me & be looked after,

My promise to you is that you'll leave feeling better able to cope than when you came in,
