I've always loved the ritual of washing & clearing the basalt stones after a Hot Stone Massage,

Once they've soaked & I've gently scrubbed the oil off them..I leave them to dry naturally on a muslin cloth..I then gently wipe them & use Reiki clearing symbols on them to ensure there's no trace of the previous client's energy within them,

My client this morning left feeling like the soft,deep heat had melted right into her bones & taken all the aches away,

Included in the treatment is full body Hot Stone Massage including facial Lymphatic Drainage Massage..the flow of Reiki energy & Tibetan Singing Bowls ( with your consent ) on & around the body to help ground & balance you,

My ethos is that you leave feeling far better than when you arrived for your treatment,

SEOMRA SANGHA SHOWCASE

So very happy to announce that on Sunday January 18th 2026 there'll be an amazing event at Seomra Sangha Room 22 Gorey Business Park,

I opened the space in March of this year & throughout the year three wonderful facilitators have joined the journey of my spiritual community room,

We'll be showcasing what we do here to encourage people to try alternative practices for their own self healing,

If you'd like to try Massage its €20 for 20 minutes,
In the morning,myself & Dominika of will be offering 7 slots each of different types of Massage..more info on what's on offer in another post soon,

In the afternoon all four of us will present our chosen modality in 30 minute sessions..€20 per session,

with Yoga,
with Sound Bath,

You can book in for one treatment or class or you can turn it into a half day retreat for yourself,

There will be discounts if you book 3 or more,

Everything is €20 per session,

Mornings,afternoons & weekends are all available,

There's also links to book spaces for an evening Christmas Meditation at 6.30pm on Saturday December 6th & also a morning Breathwork & Sound session on New Year's Eve..each event is €25 per place,

If you'd like to bring a child (aged 10 upwards) to the Christmas Meditation just book your adult place & message me for a child's place (€10),

Hi everyone..on November 1st (111) I'll be collaborating with Natasha of to offer "Cherish You",

Natasha here, I just wanted to share a little more about myself and Bernadette’s beautiful Cacao & Soundbath evening we’ll be hosting together.

This will be a truly special gathering of like-hearted souls gathering together in love, kindness, and connection. ✨

We’ll begin with a warm cup of cacao which is a beautiful, heart-opening drink made from pure, authentic cacao.

Spiritually, cacao is seen as a sacred gift from Mother Nature, helping us open our hearts, soften our energy, and connect more deeply with ourselves and each other.

It’s simply pure chocolate in its most natural form, rich in magnesium, antioxidants, and natural compounds that gently lift the mood, increase circulation, and bring a sense of calm and clarity to the body. What makes it sacred is the intention and love we bring when preparing and sharing it together. 🌿

After our cacao, Bernadette will guide us through a deeply relaxing sound bath, allowing the soothing vibrations to gentle wash over you, releasing tension and inviting pure peace.

This evening is a space to put down your worries, to rest, to feel nourished, and to simply be yourself, without needing to care for anyone else.
