In my classes and sessions this week I have talked so much about balance. The term seems to be showing up more and more in conversations ~ the common denominator is people are tired, they are burnt out and feeling quite lost.

The space set up for 1:1 clients ~
When I created Soul it was something that lived in my head.
A space for people to just be themselves no titles no expectations. I truly couldn’t find a space like it in Gorey and growing up here and since travelling the world I realised a space like this as exactly what I needed.

A 1:1 session is completely personalised
It is a space just for you ~ it can include all or none of these things ~ a space to talk, move, do yoga, meditation, sound bath, do creative expression ( art, writing ) or a space for silence.

Do I know everything? No, but the truth is none does it’s about your journey and finding people who can walk beside you along the way.
