This moon is traditionally called the Wolf Moon, the first full moon of the year, named after wintertime wolf howls in folklore.

This moon symbolizing instinct, renewal and wildness.

🌧️✨ Rain and Rainbows at the Sauna ✨🌧️

Most people groan when the rain begins to fall. The dull skies, the wet shoes, the endless drizzle—it feels like a burden. I love this picture taken from inside the sauna.

But at the sauna, we welcome it. There’s something incredible about sitting inside, wrapped in warmth, while the rain streaks across the windows. The sound of drops tapping on the glass, the mist rising outside, and the glow of the heat within—it all blends into a kind of peaceful magic.

And sometimes, when the storm passes and the sun peeks through, a rainbow stretches across the sky. A reminder that beauty often follows the heavy moments, if you pause to notice it.

🌕✨ September Full Moon Sauna Session ✨🌕

Join us this Sunday night 7th Sep at FreeSoulSauna for a magical evening under the September Corn Moon 🌽—also known as the Harvest Moon.

We’re holding two sessions:
🕗 8:00pm
🕘 9:00pm

Traditionally, this moon was named the Corn Moon because it marked the time when farmers would gather their late-summer crops. Its bright light lit the fields, allowing harvests to continue into the night. 🌾🌙

Come celebrate the rhythm of the seasons, recharge your spirit, and soak up the full moon energy with us.
