This picture is from our last full moon session here in Cahore 🌕✨ We are so looking forward to our next one this week on Tuesday March 3rd.

The energy, strength, power and healing from sitting by the sea in our sauna and soaking in the full moon is honestly hard to put into words. There’s something really special about gathering under that light.

This Full ‘Worm Moon’ represents new beginnings. Just as the earth softens and life returns, it symbolises personal growth, awakening and stepping forward into a fresh season with renewed energy 🌊🌱
