Happy Easter everyone. I’ve been a bit slow getting content up here, to be honest. I’m still finding my feet with this side of things and getting used to putting a bit more out online.
One thing I’ve been noticing more and more in my work, though is how often people try to think their way out of feeling stuck by staying in the same place and going over it again and again. Usually, that just makes things overwhelming.
But when you step outside, get moving, and give yourself a bit of space, something can start to shift.
You’re not forcing answers then.
You’re more likely to notice them.
And when the right questions are asked in that kind of space, people often come to much clearer and better answers for themselves.
That’s a big part of why I work outdoors.
Not because nature magically fixes everything, but because it can really help settle things, clear the head, and create the conditions for better thinking.
