Tomorrow brings that familiar back-to-school, back-to-work feeling… and if you’re noticing a little knot in your stomach, you’re not alone!

After the long Christmas break, where days rolled into one, routines loosened and life moved at a slower pace - returning to structure can feel overwhelming. For many adults and children alike, this transition can bring anxiety, emotional heaviness, poor sleep or that familiar Sunday-night knot in the stomach.

Don't forget to be gentle with yourself!
There is no rush. No need for instant fixes or perfectly mapped-out New Year routines. Balance doesn’t return overnight - it’s something we invite back slowly, with kindness and patience, not pressure.
Social media is flooded with the pressures of trying to "perfectly organized" to start off the New Year. The truth is - you have to do it at your own pace!

So if you are feeling overwhelmed and the Sunday blues feel real - here are some simple ways to calm nerves (for you and for children):

✨ Take a few slow, deep breaths together - in through the nose, out through the mouth.

As the New Year approaches, I wish you all a gentle, supportive start to 2026.

A little bit about me ....
My name is Chantel, a clinical Reflexologist with a special interest in women’s health.

I understand how busy and exhausting life can feel especially for overstimulated mums, anxious high-functioning women, women navigating perimenopause or burnout.
I support women through times of stress, anxiety and burnout.
My aim is to help you reclaim your energy, restore balance, and nurture your wellbeing through Reflexology and Reiki.

At my peaceful practice in Greencastle, I offer treatments tailored to support you:

Opening Hours
I’m open Monday to Friday for day appointments, providing a peaceful space to relax, restore, and nurture your wellbeing.

In addition, I offer two evening appointment slots each weekday at 6:30pm and 8:00pm. These evening sessions are like gold dust and tend to fill up quickly, so if you’d like one, I recommend booking early to secure your preferred time.

Cancellation Policy:
Please note that for no-shows or cancellations on the day, full payment is required. This ensures that my time is respected and available for those who need it.

My hope for everyone who walks through my door in 2026 is that you leave feeling rebalanced, restored, and empowered to be the best version of yourself.

If your digestion is still wondering what exactly happened over Christmas, you’re not alone!🍗

Between the seconds, thirds, treats-on-treats and “sure why not” glasses, the body can feel a little… overwhelmed.

Essential oils to the rescue!
This post-Christmas digestion diffuser blend is like a gentle hug to your tummy and your nervous system:

2 drops Lemon - fresh, cleansing and helps relieve that heavy, sluggish post-festive heaviness.
2 drops Peppermint - to help ease bloating and discomfort
1 drop Lavender- to calm the nervous system — because digestion works best when we stop stressing about it

Pop your feet up and enjoy the moment, while diffusing gently for 15–30 minutes in a well-ventilated space. Less is more - avoid continuous diffusing.

A gentle reminder that essential oils should be used safely - never inhale directly from a diffuser and avoid applying oils neat to the skin.
Choose quality oils, follow recommended dilution and diffuser guidelines, and remember that a little goes a long way.

A little reminder that balance doesn’t come from doing more - sometimes it comes from slowing down and letting the body catch up.💕

It's Christmas Eve!

My practice is now closed for the festive break and I will be officially back open on Monday, 5th January.

I would love to take this moment to wish each and every one of my clients a very Happy Christmas.
Thank you, truly, from the bottom of my heart, to everyone who has stepped through my door and trusted me with your wellbeing. Whether you came to focus on a physical ailment, emotional support, or simply to bring balance back to your Energy, it is an honor to hold that space for you.

This season can be beautiful, but it can also be busy and overwhelming.
Please remember to be gentle with yourself. Rest when you need to, listen to your body, and know that it is absolutely okay to say no if you feel your energy is being drained.
I wish Blessings to every client - whether you have been with me for many years or have only recently found your way to my practice. Your support and trust mean more to me than words can express.

I was born and raised in South Africa and have been fortunate to have travelled around the globe. I have had the pleasure of experiencing different cultures and traditions and have always been curious to learn and discover new experiences. In 2005, Reiki was introduced into my Life. I quickly realised how this gentle energy was able to relax and revitalise the body, mind and soul. With a curious mind, whilst on my travels, I continued to learn and expand my knowledge of holistic therapies.

I believe that looking after your body, mind and soul has such a positive and profound influence on your energy and wellbeing. I hope that I am able to share my experience with you and that you are able to enjoy the relaxing and rejuvenating treatments that I have to offer.
