Today we reflect. And today we smile.

What an amazing day. What an amazing place we gathered and how lucky were we to share a gorgeous space with amazing people with so many skills and passion for what they do.

Our amazing vendors thank you for joining us, from the locals to the visitors, you were all fabulous and made everyone feel so welcome. Your skills are outstanding and you really make a difference in the lives of those who visit you.

As always our fantastic community who came out in droves all day to get some self care and spend time together. There was giggles, and tears, hugs and times of compassion among everyone yesterday which was lovely to see. Our wee village in the Gaeltacht still cares and holds each other and supports each other when we can and it's lovely to experience that.

Caisleáin Óir Hotel hotel, Michelle, James, Anita, Kevin, Cathal and all the staff, go raibh maith agaibh. You welcomed us with open arms and did everything possible to make it such a special day.

For those who had a lovely experience yesterday, try to stay in that happy space and don't let the Monday stressors take away the peace and tranquility of yesterday. 💚💚💚💚

Our final therapist joining us tomorrow. Welcoming local lady Caroline.

Caroline Burrow of Sea Stone Sky Integrative Therapies is a Clinical Psychologist and psychotherapist. She offers traditional psychotherapy combined with art therapy, ecotherapy, nature-based practices and animal assisted therapy. She also offers shamanic healing, access bars, depth and energy psychotherapy.
As well as offering individual and couples therapy she also offers workshops and retreats and holds a monthly sacred women’s circle in the local area.
She will be offering taster sessions in Access Bars.

"I have always been passionate about making self-care attainable & affordable for everyone.
Having recently gone through my own health scare, it led me to search for natural, Vegan & Organic skin care products. I now make face moisture & Elixir, bath salts & body butters, using the purest essential oils, castor oil & Vitamin E. qualifying in aromatherapy & product making courses to further my craft.
While I'm also qualifying in:

We would like introduce local lady Patricia O’Donnell, the Massage Therapist and Facialist who runs a small business called Massage Studio Dungloe.
Her Massage Studio is an independent massage and skin care practice in the heart of the Rosses in Dungloe.
"All treatments take place in my at-home treatment room. My aim is to help you create space and relaxation in your body so you can find your neutral, free from the discomfort of tension, pain, bad postural habits, and unprocessed emotions.

In 2013 I qualified in Holistic Massage, Beauty Specialists and Facial Electrical Treatments with ITEC and I have been practicing massage therapy ever since. In the following years I have graduated from North West Regional College and received my diploma with Sport Massage Therapy & Indian Head Massage. I also completed training with Belfast Health and Social Care Trust to Enhanced Complementary Therapy Skills for Treating Cancer Patients and Medically Frail. I am a lifelong learner and have completed several courses related to massage & skin care after that in order to provide high standards treatment for my clients.
On the day of Holistic Fair, I will be offering taster session of Holistic or Sport Back Massage, Indian Head Massage or Hopi Ear Candling (also known as Thermal Auricular Therapy) and anyone who stops by for a chat I offer the chance of wining free treatment of KOBIDO – Japanese Facial Lift Massage. Marie Edwards BSc (hons) Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine

"I am the owner of Root Point Acupuncture, and I am soon to be opening my clinic in Annagry.

All the treatments I offer in the clinic are rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, which include Acupuncture, Cupping, Gua Sha, Moxa and Nutritional advice.

My aim is to make the TCM healthcare model accessible to the community with both private and group community clinics.

I am really looking forward to attending the fair and speaking with people from the local communities and discussing how acupuncture could possibly help them.

On the day, I will be offering discounted initial consultation fees for anyone who books in for a clinic appointment, running a free initial consultation competition, and providing TCM nutrition recipes for you to take away. I will also be providing complimentary gold-plated ear seeds for anyone who stops by for a chat.".
