Hi all
Well I have the following idea for the Feb challenge kicking off on Monday 1st Feb
It’s to do 30 min exercise per day (running, proper brisk walking, HIT sessions etc). Doesn’t include steps done in a day or normal walking around!
So I’m going to send my usual plans for the week on Sunday evening which will include my normal running plans for Tuesday/Thursday/Sunday, I am also going to include other sessions such as HIT, Core, sprints, on the other days.
They are just guides and may be useful for those wanting a plan in place for everyday to follow but as long as you get 30 minutes in each day!
All you have to do is just put on this group “30 min done, followed plan or insert what you done, such as walked 30min etc”
The more the merrier that do this the better so don’t keep it a secret
1st week will be put up on Sunday evening
