We’re hiring a Community Care Supervisor to join a leading national homecare provider in Waterford.
This role is ideal for a CORU-registered Social Care Worker with a BA in Applied Social Care or equivalent, who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care in the community.

✅ You’ll be responsible for:
🔹 Supporting and supervising Care Staff
🔹 Carrying out risk assessments and care plans
🔹 Maintaining high standards of care
🔹 Working closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager

✅ You’ll need:
🎓 BA in Applied Social Care or equivalent
📝 Current CORU Registration — essential
🚗 Full driving licence
⭐ 2+ years post-registration experience
