💪 Optional light weights are available in some classes to gently support strength, posture and bone health through slow, mindful, weight-bearing movement.
Each class blends mindful movement, breathwork ,cleansing techniques and neuromuscular locks (bandhas) —
subtle deep-core activations that stabilise the spine, increase energy flow, and calm the nervous system —
so you feel strong, steady and supported.
