This week is Feel Good week in association with Pieta House. We're trying to promote the 5 ways to wellbeing, connect, give, take notice, keep learning and be active. All of which nourish the mind, body and spirit.

Hi all I had hoped to start back yoga next week but I tore ligaments in my ankle playing football Tuesday so might push it back for a few weeks to the end of September and give it time to heal. Sorry for the delay and I will keep you all posted. Hope everyone is settled back into school and for those that started for the first time that all is going well.
