I’ve worked in the beauty industry for 23 years.
I’ve hit targets, grown clinics, and had big salon brands on my salon shelves. I was even a top-performing account & the “reward”!!!!
15% commission and a bill for my own samples.
So when I say this business is different, I mean radically different.
Last month, I was invited with Ary Melis, my business partner, from my team to our exclusive Leaders Dinner at one of Manchester’s most beautiful restaurants, Tutti (highly recommend)
Think fine dining, elderflower Prosecco (a new favourite!), and a room full of inspiring women being genuinely celebrated. We laughed, danced, and shared the most incredible food !!♥️
And you find yourself sitting back in awe thinking...wooow how cool is my life right now!!
This wasn’t a gimmick or a sales tactic. It was appreciation. Recognition. A reminder that when a company says “we empower women” they mean it.
We earn up to 40% in retail commission.
We get meaningful experiences, not just incentives. And in December? We’re heading to Paris.
I always thought being my own boss meant stress and 14-hour long days of work, huge overheads, often feeling alone.
It does NOT need to be that. It actually can be fun, allow you the space to hustle on your terms, your hrs, and have the best supportive women around you!
