2026 energy feels different.
Grounded.
Calm.
Aligned.
Self-assured.
I’m heading into this year feeling really grateful, for my family, my friends, and the incredible women I get to build alongside every day. Women who started as business partners and somehow became anchors in my life 🤍
The first half of the year already looks pretty special..
London, Poland, and soon Marrakesh ✈️
And it’s not lost on me how lucky I am to say that.
This journey has been incredible so far, and honestly… it feels like I’m only just getting started.
Ten years ago, I would’ve looked at this life and thought, one day.
Now my vision is simple:
to build a community of women who other women look at and think,
“I want to travel like them, laugh like them, live like them.”
New year.
New energy.
Same belief in what’s possible.

There’s something I want to say and I know it’s not for everyone.

I’m tired of seeing this space undersold.
I’m tired of seeing powerful women play small to make others comfortable.

And I’m tired of watching women with big dreams package their ambition like it’s something to apologise for.

Yes, this industry can be simple.
But simple doesn’t have to mean small.
And accessibility doesn’t have to mean watered down.

I’m an ordinary woman with extraordinary standards.
I care about how I show up.
I care about how my brand feels.
I care about who I represent and who represents me.
I believe you’re allowed to be proud of what you do.

You’re allowed to run this like a real business.
You’re allowed to have vision, ambition, taste, and boundaries.
And you’re allowed to build something that actually reflects who you are.

This isn’t about “anyone can do this.”
It’s about the right women doing this intentionally.

Women who:
• want more than average
• take pride in how they present themselves
• value growth, self-respect, and leadership
• aren’t afraid to be seen trying
• and don’t need permission to want a big life

If you’re looking for something casual, this probably isn’t for you.

If you’re looking for alignment, ownership, and a room to rise in it might be.
I don’t lead with pressure.
I don’t lead with guilt.
I lead with standards, vision, and example.

And the women who are meant to find this… always do.

Oz seems to feel even further away than normal!!!

Blessed with such an incredible xmas 🎄 with family, memories forever ....kids, Elle christening, celebrated Elsie 18th, lukes 9th birthday, visited Santa, santa came to nannies & we managed it all withnot one cross word between us all....😂😂🙃

At 42, I’ve never had so many compliments about my skin. EVER

Here’s my secret.

2026 isn’t a year I’m easing into.
It’s a year I’m stepping fully into.
I feel ready in a way I haven’t before.
Grounded in what I’ve already built,
grateful for the people and customers who are already here,
and excited about what gets to be added next.
I’m excited to welcome new people into my world.
To support more customers.
To impact even more lives not in a loud way, but in a lasting one.
I’m excited to watch people make one decision and completely change the direction of their year and their future.
The people who’ve been sitting on the fence, quietly knowing they’re capable of more…
and finally say, “I’m in.”
I’m especially excited for:
• Clinic owners who decide they’re done with seasonal dips
• Professionals who want their books full 12 months of the year, not just when it’s convenient
• People who want control, predictability, and growth without burning out
And I’m excited for a very specific kind of person.
Those who already understand leverage and leadership.
Those who’ve had some success but know their potential far outweighs the vehicle they’re currently in.
Those who are ready for a platform that feels aligned, credible, and built for scale.
2026 feels like the year people stop playing small out of loyalty…
and start choosing what actually matches their ambition.

Happy Christmas to everyone, near and far 🎄🤎

This year, Christmas has hit very differently.
2025 , the Year of the Snake , tested me in ways I didn’t expect. There were moments I questioned where I was going and how I could raise my standards, sharpen my focus, and show up better as a leader.

What I’m most grateful for is how much clarity this year brought. It strengthened my leadership, my decision-making, and my commitment to building something meaningful with the right people beside me.
I’ve learned that when your vision is clear, everything else aligns,your actions, your energy, and the people you attract.

There were also moments of huge success this year, and for that I’m incredibly grateful 🙏
Alongside the wins, we’ve also had to say goodbye to too many family members 🥹
That alone has shifted my perspective in the most powerful way.
I’m grateful for health.
Grateful to have my parents happy and healthy , especially knowing how different things looked back in October.
Grateful to have my sister home from Australia with her girls.
Yes, it’s beautiful to see the presents under the tree, but this year has truly reminded me what it’s all about.
The laughter.
The memories.
The coffee and chats.
The simple things are, without doubt, the greatest gifts.

After 25 years in the beauty industry, this season used to mean 12–14 hour days.
Working flat out through December… and still worrying about January.
Clinic overheads.
Cash flow slowing.
Shelves full of stock, money tied up and not working.

The industry has changed and it’s happening now.
Clients aren’t coming every 6 weeks anymore , it’s 3–4 months.
