Does this sound familiar??!!!

As I was stepping into my late 30s almost 40s era, my skin felt completely different what seemed like.over night!!!
Suddenly, it was drier, a little duller, and those fine lines I never noticed before?
Yep, they showed up fast. Screaming at me ..I am here!!! And the breakouts ....sore painful & honestly in the 30s embarrassing!!!!!

August didn’t go as planned. And let me tell you, it stings!!! 🐝Like a mother trother!!!!

Challenges came, and some days were tougher than I expected.
However, in those moments, I learned something powerful: I’m stronger, more passionate, and have more grit than I ever gave myself credit for.

Leadership isn’t about everything going smoothly. it's easy to lead when it's all going according to plan!
It’s about showing up with integrity, empathy, and resilience when things don’t.
Last month pushed me to live those qualities, not just talk about them.
And as Im writing this, I can honestly say that although it did sting, Im massively grateful for the lessions!

If you’re facing a season that feels heavy, know this: setbacks don’t define you, they reveal you. And sometimes, it’s in the toughest months that our best leadership shows up.

Keep moving forward, together, stronger and wiser than before.
