I’m beyond proud to share that Slimming World Enfield has been voted Group of the Month for August 🎉

This award isn’t about me – it’s about YOU. Every single member who’s shown up, supported one another, shared tips, cheered on losses, picked each other up after tough weeks, and created the most welcoming, positive space. 💕

Together in August we’ve celebrated incredible weight losses, life changing milestones, and so much laughter (and maybe a few tears too 🥲). What makes this group so special isn’t just the weight coming off… it’s the friendships, the encouragement and the belief that we can all achieve our dreams. 🌟

🎩Fit & Fab Friday for our Enfield member Mark!

A whole year at target.
5½ stone lighter.
And doesn’t he look absolutely dapper? 😍

Mark recently went to a wedding but this one was extra special. Why? Because for the first time in years he walked into a shop, picked a suit straight off the rack… and it fit like a glove 👌 No big bucks. No stress. No awkwardness. Just pure pride and confidence.

That’s the gift he’s given himself through his Slimming World journey 💖

Mark, you’re an inspiration to us all showing what’s possible when you stick with it and keep believing in yourself. Here’s to many more years of living life at target 🥂🎉
