A poem from last night’s Tune In class with , delving into the transition that is happening right now from Cancer szn to Leo szn 🦀🦁
Cancer season brought up feelings to the collective of extreme sensitivity, introspection, deep emotions, emotional safety, inner world and wisdom. A nostalgic and intuitive time.
It’s important to sit with what came up for you no matter how intense, and create safety by nurturing and protecting yourself in whatever way you can. Mothering you yourself with the month ruled by the Moon 🌝
With Leo season in the works, it will bring bold, radiant, and heart-centered energy. Ruled by the Sun and a fire element, it calls us to come out of our shells and into creative self expressive courageous power, to take action unapologetically 🌞
As we close this chapter of Cancer season however, it is important to remember that it is good to be emotional and feel deep, create boundaries, be introspective.
Slowing down and honouring your inner child and reclaiming your softness as strength is crucial to healing.
Again however, as Leo season comes, do not be afraid to be bold, stand out, speak out, play and create.
Awaken your inner lion, be courageous and confident and always lead heart first. Shine your light without apology. Play, joy, celebrate, honor, encourage and empower yourself.
