When I come home every evening, I can honestly say that I emptied my tank that day…trying to give as much as I can back to the game that gave me so much. Every single player at our two day clinic can say the exact same…they emptied the tank this week. They got better. Every single player. What a reset. What a privilege for me to get to witness a group of players really go all in on themselves. My cup is full. And I hope the players got the exhale they needed to attack the rest of the season with. Elite vibes.

February mid term camp is a RESET camp for me always. At this stage of the season, players are TIRED. Tired of their coaches saying the same old s***, tired of the role they have been cast into, sometimes even if that means getting to be one of the main contributors, tired of the drama that every team experiences in some way, shape, or form. I get it. These two days are a chance for players to focus on themselves while being in an environment where everyone wants to see you win!

That’s the message—big your people up, hype them up until it’s your turn to shine. Because it’s coming! Maybe not when you want to or how you want it to, but your time is coming! And the younger we understand that, the more positive energy we create, and the more comfortable we all feel while trying to get better at this game we all love.

And that’s my very long winded way of saying…come join us. Work will be done, and we will use the two days to get better, in a competitive environment where development trumps talent every time. Come stack with us!
