I'm so grateful to have been part of this beautiful day of healing and soul nourishment. There was something for everyone and the energy felt so calming and supportive 🙏🩵✨️

It would be great to see more events like this in our local communities. Where those in need of a pick-me-up could get treatments and classes at a reduced rate, making holistic therapies accessible to all.

We're back!!!

A warm welcome back to classes this Friday in , 7-8 pm.

We have a beautiful Sound Meditation this week to help leave the energy of the week behind and go into the weekend relaxed.

All are welcome and no experience is necessary. Just bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket. Seating also available. Cost is €15.
