Come along and let the therapeutic tones of Tibetan bowls and other instruments sooth and calm your nervous system and guide you into a deeply relaxed state.

All are welcome and no experience is necessary.

Bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket and eye mask (optional). Seating also available.

This Friday, 7-8 pm in Killeigh, we have our Peace Meditation 🕊☮️. As we didn't have classes the last 2 weeks, I'm going to do the Peace Meditation differently this week and focus on fostering INNER PEACE. There is so much happening around the world at present that it feels chaotic, and I think that bringing our focus inward and to our own lives and circumstances will be more nurturing at this time. If we raise our own vibration we contribute to raising the vibration of the collective and this can be done more powerfully when we come together as a group with a shared intention. So you can bring along your mats, blankets and pillows and get cosy or there will be seating available, whichever you prefer. As the evenings are brighter (yay!) you may want to bring an eye mask.

I am honoured to be able to share this beautiful heart-based energy healing modality with others.

The next Level 1 course will be on Saturday 23rd May 2026, 10 am - 5 pm, in Killeigh, Co Offaly.

This will be a small group with lots of time to ask questions and share thoughts and experiences.

Included in the day will be an attunement to Rahanni, a full comprehensive manual, pictures of the masters, insurance information, a certificate, and other helpful information.

A light lunch and refreshments will be provided.

Following completion, you will have the option to join a private Rahanni Practitioners WhatsApp group where you can ask questions, share experiences, and chat with other practitioners.

A deposit of €50 will secure your place.
