The dream of starting a business began many years ago, many different ideas, they all involved my love for the sea, community & connection. Almost 3 years later, here we are, lots of hard work, sacrifices, wind , rain & grit. But the laughter, love & connection I have seen has made every new line on my face worth while. Bring warm layers, chairs and anything you want to enjoy.
Join us as we celebrate in the mountains.
Costs of events will be covered with remaining funds going to Palestine Children’s relief fund, we will post what we raised after the event.
Cash donations will also be welcome on the day.

Bealtaine is upon us—the traditional start to the Celtic summer. A time when our fires ignite, festivals begin, the days lengthen, and we move ahead with heart and excitement.

It can be easy to get caught up in the speed of it all—making plans, moving quickly from one job to the next. Before you know it, autumn is already here.

So, in an ever-speedy world, this is your gentle reminder to enjoy this bright time of year. Make time for nature: tune in, breathe, and connect. We are so blessed here in Ireland to be surrounded by such unique and special nature—lakes, bogs, mountains, sea, birds. It's everywhere. We are a part of it, not apart from it.

Next time you visit our sauna, see how many mountains you can spot. Can you name any? Can you take some quiet, conscious breaths while swimming? Notice where you are—it’s just incredible.

The craic, we are here for a short ride, so we have to make time for laughter! More and more we are spending time on our devices (ahem). But we believe that our little round barrel shows that people are craving connection - human interaction. Thanks for all of your support in 2024, you the people are speaking! Experience and time are more precious than 'things', it is also better for the environment! Look forward towards a new year, where we prioritise preventative health care and mental wellness together.
