A morning with the plants 🌱

Spend a lovely morning in the company of plants. We’ll wander among the banks of the River Laune & meet the weeds and wildflowers, we’ll gather seeds for the colder months & learn all about what nature can offer us at this time of year. We’ll speak about the folklore & medicinal benefits of each plant You’ll discover just how much medicine is growing all around us! 🌺

After the herbal walk, we’ll return to the centre for some yummy herbal teas & treats
I will demo how to make healing tinctures and herbal vinegars & you will leave with one of these remedies. 🌱

Walk 1.5 hours/ Workshop 1.5 hours.

Perfect for beginners and nature enthusiasts — no prior experience needed
