In the Mental Health world where its very very very important to act very quickly we need not to think that's it ok not to feel ok, it's NOT, it's ok to feel down but don't unpack and live there!

Know its time to get help, look after yourself, talk to someone, reach out, don't ever think this is ok to feel this way!

The mind is an amazing place but sometimes it can take us deep and to places very far away, we need to act quickly!
