Saturday August 16th ~ I’m currently reading the second book in The Seven Sisters series 📖 so I thought I’d share this with you, because if your anything like me and like to stargaze be sure to look up tonight — and share in a cosmic dance that has connected humanity to the heavens for thousands of years 🌕 ✨ 🌌

Tonight – The Moon Dances with the Seven Sisters 🌙✨
Tonight, the crescent Moon glides beside the Pleiades — the legendary Seven Sisters. From the icy peaks of the Cilo Glaciers in Hakkari to the towering ridges of the Zagros Mountains in Kurdistan, this star cluster has been a celestial compass for countless civilizations — from the Hurrians and Medes to shepherds and travelers who once charted their paths beneath this same sky.

📍 Best Viewing: Find a dark, open space far from city lights, facing northeast.
⏳ When: Just after sunset, within the first couple of hours.
🌌 Tip: Use binoculars to reveal dozens of hidden stars beyond the “seven” you see with the naked eye.

In Loving Memory of Eleanor – A Special Sale & Fundraiser
Join us as we honor the beautiful life of our dear friend Eleanor, who passed earlier this year, with a heartfelt community sale.

We'll be offering a large selection of essential oils, books, and accessories—items Eleanor deeply loved and believed in. Each item will be available by suggested donation, and all proceeds will go to Eleanor’s family.

As part of this special day, we’ll also be hosting a draw to support Recovery Haven Kerry, who provided care and comfort during Eleanor’s final days.

🌿 Hello August! 🌿

A fresh new month is here – full of possibility, sunshine (hopefully!), and time to reset our intentions. ✨

Whether you’re soaking up the last days of summer, getting the kids ready for back to school, or just craving a little more balance in your day… now is the perfect moment to pause, breathe, and realign with what truly nourishes you – body, mind, and soul. 💛

This month I’m focusing on:
🌸 Simplifying my daily routine
🌸 Staying grounded with my favourite oils (Balance & Wild Orange are top of the list!)
🌸 Making space for rest and play
🌸 Nourishing my body with wholesome foods and getting back out for my daily walks – time to gently shift those post-holiday pounds and feel good from the inside out! 🌿🚶‍♀️👣
