1 year ago I didn’t know anything about Instagram and how I should be able to make money with it. It was a whole new world for me that I wanted to discover. 👨‍💻⁣

It was quite amazing for me to see how young people are able to hit 5-6 figures per month with this platform. 😵⁣

I mean come on, wouldn’t you freak out (in a positive way) if you have $10,000 from now on in your wallet? ⁣

And this from month to month to month ...⁣

Think about the freedom that this money can bring you and about all the possibilities that you would have. 🚀⁣

Sounds great,right? ⁣

But before I started my theme page I was a bit skeptical because I thought you need to be a super brain to earn money with it. 🤨⁣

But actually you can break it down to 5 important steps when it comes to be successful with your instagram account.⁣

1️⃣ Choose your niche!⁣

2️⃣ Start your theme page on instagram⁣

3️⃣ Build a following on it⁣

4️⃣ Create your brand⁣

5️⃣ Monetize your account⁣

That’s it.⁣

Now the only thing you need to have is the right strategy to do all those steps in the right way. 💡⁣

And that was the reason why I failed with my first account on Instagram. Because I didn’t have the right strategy. 😶⁣

I noticed that all those strategies from free sources are bu****it and that I need to invest in good knowledge to get the results I wanted. ⁣

So I got myself a mentor and implemented his strategy and finally my account started growing. 🚀

Rome wasn’t built in a day, but they were laying bricks every hour. 🔨⁣

I am a fan of having big goals in life. And that’s great. You should aim high. ⁣

I always had the dream to live life on my own terms and to travel the world. 🌍⁣

But many people (including me) forgot about one important thing. ☝️⁣

You have to split up your big goal into smaller steps especially in the beginning when you are developing new habits. 📝⁣

In what of those 2 examples will your discipline to keep going be higher? 👇⁣

1️⃣ Saving every month for a new phone.⁣

OR⁣

2️⃣ Saving every month for a new house.⁣

Of course option 1 is easier. ⁣

So instead of working to get to 100k followers you should first go for 1k followers then 10k and so on...⁣

Achieving small milestones is much easier and it will give you a great feeling. Also it will push you forward. 💪⁣

But if you constantly have this super high goal in your mind and you don’t reach it fast enough then your motivation level will decrease more and more. ⁣

Be grateful when reaching those milestones but never satisfied. 💯⁣

Because when you are satisfied you stop pushing yourself further and you’re not that hungry for success anymore. 🦁⁣

Set huge goals, split them up into smaller steps and achieve them! 🤙

HOW IS YOUR PUSH-UP GAME?
-
If you enjoy my content, make sure to follow me, for daily fitness content 😁.
-
Where do you fall on this push-up chart by ? To be honest, until gyms closed here in March, I hadn’t actually attempted to see how many consecutive push-ups I could do. I knew I could do 25-30 fairly easily and I can bench a decent amount so I figured I’d probably be able to bang out 75+ with ease. Well, I was wrong. If you’re not used to training for endurance, it’s a lot more difficult than it looks. I can do about 45-50 and then my body pretty much gives out. How many can you do? If you can’t do any or you can only do a few, swipe left for a helpful post by showing how you can progress with push-ups.

UPRIGHT ROWS
-
If you enjoy my content, make sure to follow me, for daily fitness content 😁.
-
Upright rows just might be the most controversial exercise out there. If you don’t want to do them, then don’t. I hadn’t done them for about 8 years until more recently. I realized that I, like many others, used to perform them incorrectly and I decided to give them another shot.
-
Most people go narrow and bring the bar up too high. If you do this, you’ll likely experience shoulder pain. This is how I used to do them and I would always feel pain which is why I stopped. Instead, try going wider and not bringing the bar as high. For me, it made a huge difference and I didn’t feel any awkwardness. If you don’t want to do them, then don’t. Lateral raises are still my favorite side delt exercise but I like these too.
-
If you are struggling with 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 your 𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬, setting up 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐭, and designing an 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐞, check out my 𝐞𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤 by clicking the 𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐢𝐧 𝐦𝐲 𝐛𝐢𝐨💪🏼.

FACE-PULLS
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

If you enjoy my content, make sure to follow me, for daily fitness content 😁.
-
Face-pulls are by far my favorite rear delt exercise. They are excellent not only for rear delt development but for shoulder health too. However, they're rarely performed correctly.
-
To put the majority of the emphasis on the rear delts, I like to set the pulley at around chest height. From there, focus on pulling straight towards your forehead. It should almost look like you're doing a back double bicep at the peak of the contraction. You can do them seated as well.
-
Overall, you need to remember that shoulders are a tiny muscle group and rear delts are just a small part of that tiny muscle group. There's no need to try to load up the weight. Focus on performing the movement correctly and let those rear delts grow 💪🏼.

📍Diets that work for Fat Loss 📍
-
I don’t care if you’re trying to lose weight going vegan 🌱 or paleo 🍖, eating low-carb or low-fat, using intermittent fasting or the 5:2 Diet...

The ONLY way you’re going to have a successful weight loss journey is from being consistently in a calorie deficit in the long run ✅

You see, you could follow the most extravagant, science-backed 👩‍🔬, testimonial-driven program ever created. If you’re not consistent, you’re not going to get results — guaranteed.

Often, the reasons people fail is that they follow ridiculously complicated plans that have 101+ moving parts ⚙️...
• You have to follow a strict meal plan
• Count every single calorie and macro
• Work out 6+ days a week
• Do a “strategic mix” of elliptical endurance training & fat loss shadow boxing to maximize your fat burning potential 🔥🥊 …

You get the point. It can get a bit overwhelming, and when things are overwhelming, it's harder to make 'em stick 😰

Which is why I'm a big fan of keeping things as simple as possible. Cuz the simpler your plan, the easier it’s going to be to stay consistent and achieve your long-term fitness goals! 😊
-
Bottom line : ✅ Find the diet you actually enjoy with foods you like because if you do not like your diet it will only be a matter of time before you quit altogether.

WHAT TO DO AFTER A BINGE 🍕😰

It doesn't matter how much willpower or motivation or discipline or grit or intensity you have....

You're gonna slip up sometimes.

You should always do your best to avoid it, of course...

But don’t be so naive to think everything will be 100% perfect 100% of the time.

Truth is, there will be moments when you accidentally overeat...

And in those moments, HOW YOU RESPOND is so important!

After a binge, if you...

Try to "recover" by consuming very little (if any) food 💀...

Punish yourself with guilt cardio 😰...

Or say “screw it” and start the cycle 📆...

Then you’re setting yourself up for disappointment, creating a worse and worse relationship with food, and falling victim to the yo-yo dieting mindset 👎

Instead, the best possible thing you can do after overeating or binging is...

Nothing at all.

Seriously.

One day of going over is NOT a big deal.

Get back to your regular exercise plan 🏋️

Get back to your regular eating plan 🍎

Forget it ever happened 🤷‍♂️

Do those things and you’ll be amazed at how quickly you can bounce back.

Because it’s not about being perfect — it's about doing your best and always, ALWAYS being willing to get back on track ❤️

📍Bites, Licks, and nibbles still contain calories📍
-
Double tap and tag a friend (or two 😉) who need to see this !
-
People just don’t realize how many calories they are eating. Even the smartest dietitians have troubles estimating how many calories they eat.
-
One of the common issues is mindlessly eating/snacking. Think about it... how many times per day do you have a bite or a taste of something like a handful of nuts or even a fun sized candy?
-
My advice ✅: Make sure you are tracking your calories correctly including the BLTs.
You may be surprised at how many calories you are actually consuming. -

Common Fat Loss Questions📍⠀
-⠀
Double-tap and tag a friend (or two 🤔) who need to see this👇🏽⠀
-⠀
I can literally be talking to anyone from a model to a teacher to an older woman at the grocery store and as soon as they find out I am a personal trainer ... same questions.⠀
-⠀
Q: “how do I burn belly fat and how do I get rid of my belly?” or “how do I get rid of these arms?”⠀
-⠀
Below I am going to give you a few tips on how to lose fat but first I must say I have some bad news. You cannot directly target belly fat (or any area).⠀

Good news —> is that with hard work ,you can lose it 💯. It will surly take a lot of time and patience however, with consistency and time you can build a body you are proud of 💪🏻⠀

✅ Create a Sustainable Calorie Deficit. Once you understand the science of calorie balance, it can be tempting to cut as many calories as physically possible for faster or more extreme results however that may sound great in theory as you will drop weight, but only for so long. You have to think further ahead because you do not want to lose fat then gain it all back. You want to lose it and keep it off forever.⠀

✅ Build Muscle with Strength Training.⠀
This will ensure that most (if not all the weight you are losing) is coming from fat.⠀

✅ Be Patient, This Stuff Takes Time.⠀
So stop fussing over every little pound or pinch of fat.⠀

🔥 KETO QUESADILLAS❤️ 😍 Tag the person you want to make it for YOU! 👇👇👇
—————
🛒 📝INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 bell pepper, sliced
1/2 yellow onion, sliced
1/2 tsp. chili powder
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
3 c. shredded Monterey Jack
3 c. shredded cheddar
**4 c. shredded chicken
1 avocado, thinly sliced
1 green onion, thinly sliced
Sour cream, for serving
—————
👨‍🍳INSTRUCTIONS
1⃣Preheat oven to 400º and line two medium baking sheets with parchment paper.
2⃣In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add pepper and onion and season with chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until soft, 5 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
3⃣In a medium bowl, stir together cheeses. Add 1 1/2 cups of cheese mixture into the center of both prepared baking sheets. Spread into an even layer and shape into a circle, the size of a flour tortilla.
4⃣Bake cheeses until melty and slightly golden around the edge, 8 to 10 minutes. Add onion-pepper mixture, shredded chicken, and avocado slices to one half of each. Let cool slightly, then use the parchment paper and a small spatula to gently lift and fold one side of the cheese "tortilla" over the side with the fillings. Return to oven to heat, 3 to 4 minutes more. Repeat to make 2 more quesadillas.
5⃣Cut each quesadilla into quarters. Garnish with green onion and sour cream before serving.
————— Bon Appetite. 🎥 by
