Please note: Due to increased enquiries. This page is currently intended for informational purposes only. While I am deeply passionate about holistic healing, I am presently focused on Completing my formal studies in acupuncture & herbs. Initially, I had hoped to study & practice simultaneously, but due to the demands of my coursework & hands on training hours. I've chosen to dedicate my full intention to learning for now. I look forward to offering these services in the near future.

BioKinesiology combines principles from kinesiology, biochemistry and nutrition to assess and address imbalances within the body.

BioKinesiology can help you support treat a wide range of symptoms including -
-Digestive Issues: IBS, IBD, constipation, diarrhoea, bloating, cramps, food intolerances
-Pain & Fatigue: Insomnia, fibromyalgia & chronic fatigue, joint pain, lack of energy and motivation
-Headaches: Migraines and sinus issues
-Skin Problems: Psoriasis, eczema, unexplained rashes
-Low Immune System: Recurrent/frequent infections such as candida and viruses
-Mental Health: Low mood, anxiety, depression, emotional trauma and trapped emotions

So, how does BioKinesiology work, and how can it benefit you?

Bio-kinesiology identifies Imbalances: Through muscle testing and biofeedback techniques, a BioKinesiologist can identify areas of imbalance within the body. These imbalances may manifest as nutritional deficiencies, toxic overload, emotional stress, or energetic blockages. By pinpointing these underlying issues, BioKinesiology can help to identify the root cause of health concerns, rather than just treating the symptoms.

Personalised protocols, This may involve dietary modifications, supplementation with vitamins and minerals, detoxification protocols, energy balancing exercises and stress management techniques.

So what is Kinesiology again?

If you have any niggles with your health, I can help you get to the bottom of it - and get rid of them for good 💞

Kinesiology a different way of looking at what is going on in your body. It’s a natural therapy that has elements of acupuncture, chiropractic and Chinese medicine.

Through gentle muscle testing, I can work out where your symptoms are coming from, figure out any deficiencies, then i treat it from your first session to get your body balanced again.

A few areas I can help with are;
❤️Hormonal imbalances
🌟Digestive issues
❤️Skin conditions
🌟Food intolerances
❤️Diet and nutrition
🌟Children’s health

I have space available this week for consultations, just drop me a message if you’d like to know more.

Using ear piercings to aid in pains and complications of the human body. Many people get piercings as a form of self-expression, but did you know it is also a form of auriculotherapy? Like acupuncture, auriculotherapy explains that an ear piercing can be put in a specific spot to stimulate the surrounding area’s reflex points. The ear is a microsystem of relief points for every part of the body.
Your ear is home to several of the pressure points that acupuncturists and other holistic health practitioners stimulate to alleviate symptoms.

1. Conch: Helps with Relaxation and Chronic Pain
The piercing associated with the inside corner of your ear helps relieve any chronic pain, such as the spinal and lower back. It is one of the more intense ear piercings to get, but many people get it done nowadays for its benefits. Some have even reported it helps aid indigestion. That corner of the ear, when pierced correctly, is connected to areas of the body such as the sacral spine, lumbar vertebrae, and thoracic vertebrae.
2. Rook: Digestion and Menstrual
This ear piercing is targeted more towards the female population is rumoured to alleviate pain and cramps related to the menstrual cycle. The rook is located just above where you get the conch piercing. It is the bit of cartilage that overhangs and connects the ear to the head. When pierced, the lower area connects to the body’s neighbourhood’s, such as the bladder, intestines, the kidney, and even the sciatic nerve. The above site is related to parts of the body, such as the uterus, cavum pelvis, and even addresses functions associated with constipation.

3. Tragus: Appetite Control
This ear piercing can be tricky when healing due and take a while to heal completely, but the benefits to follow are worth the wait. Alongside myths of the piercing helping certain emotional traits such as energy levels and aggression, it can also help appetite control. The tragus is the little flap connected to your head and covers the opening to your ear. That area connects to parts of the body such as adrenal glands, pharynx, and neurological functions such as thirst, hunger, and neuroreceptors that react and demand ni****ne. If you are looking to control your eating or smoking habits, this ear piercing is for you.
4. Helix: Insomnia
The helix ear piercing has two positions with benefits. The helix is the top corner of your ear and is a relatively common piercing for people. Little does everyone know; it can help relieve insomnia and allergy symptoms. That area is associated with linked to the brain that triggers insomnia and stress levels. When anyone suffering from sleeping problems due to depression, stress, and other hardships that sense up, the body can find relief when merely turning the ring in their ear. There have even been whispers that the helix ear piercing can aid in the comfort of allergy symptoms as well.

5. Daith: Migraine Relief
This piercing is famous for its relief in migraines. The Daith piercing is the very inside of your ear. It just above the tragus and near the opening to your ear area. The area connects to parts of the body, such as the lower diaphragm, mouth, esophagus, and other respiratory sites. Many people say if you have a round ring in and spin it, the onset of a migraine significantly reduced or delayed.

6. The Shen Men: Anxiety relief
The Shen Men point is also known as the “Divine Gate.” This place on the upper-middle ear is believed to connect to dozens of energy centres throughout the body and orchestrate overall well-being. If you struggle with the emotionally exhausting effects of anxiety, it’s worthwhile to try a Shen Men piercing.
