We will address them SFD (sh*tty first drafts) we tell our self's daily, by learning to be gentle on our past experience over weight loss, not being able to exercise, i will never reach my goal, and so on....Our highs of reaching our goals have been short lived because of the lack of accountability and support Let's change together and empower each other as women along the way💜💃🥰💪
