Bridie Joyce (née Reilly), Inver, Barnatra, Ballina, Co. Mayo peacefully at the Sonas Nursing Home, Belmullet on the 24th of May, 2026 surrounded by her loving family.

Pre-deceased by her husband Johnny, parents Anthony and Kate Reilly and brothers and sisters.

Bridie will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her son Tony, daughters Maureen and Ann, brother Johnny Devery, daughter-in-law Mary, sons-in-law Vincent Fahy and P.J. Keenaghan, grandchildren Evin, Sarah, Daniel and Seán, great grandchildren Mia, Holly, Jace, Maeva and Páidí, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours.

Remains will be reposing at her residence (F26 TW66) from 12 noon on Monday, 25th of May, arriving at St. Patrick's Church, Inver on Tuesday, 26th of May for funeral mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Inver Cemetery.

Michael Deane, Birmingham, UK and formerly of Gorthbrack, Pullathomas, Ballina, Co. Mayo, passed away peacefully at his home on 13th May, surrounded by his devoted family.

A proud Mayo man, Michael held a lifelong love for his home place and remained closely connected to his roots throughout his life.

Predeceased by his beloved wife Sarah (née Doherty, Porturlin), his parents Michael and Mary Deane, his brother Andy, and his sister Bridie McGrath (Kilgalligan).

Michael will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his daughters Sandra and Fiona; sons-in-law Brian and Con; cherished grandchildren Caitlin, Liam, Keelin, Eoin and Charlie; brothers Tommy and Anthony (Gorthbrack); brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours, and a wide circle of friends.

Funeral Arrangements - Monday 1st June 2026 reception into Our Lady of Assumption (Maryvale) Church, 82 Old Oscott Hill, B44 9SP, at 6pm.
Tuesday 2nd June 2026 Requiem Mass at 11.30am followed by burial at Oscott Cemetery, New Oscott, Hawthorn Brook Way, B23 5LF.
