This June, I’m holding space for gentle, heart-led Breathwork Journeys in alignment with the energy of the Summer Solstice.

The Summer Solstice marks the sun’s highest point in the sky — a sacred turning of The Celtic Wheel when Earth is bathed in light. It’s a time to honour the life force within and around us, to align with nature’s rhythm and to express gratitude for all that is blossoming.

You’re warmly invited to join me in Mullingar, Loughcrew or Moynalty to ground, soften and reconnect with your breath, your body and the rhythm of this sacred seasonal turning.

✨ Join us at the sacred site of Loughcrew as we welcome the Summer Solstice. Through the practice of Conscious Connected Breathwork, we’ll honour the turning of the Celtic Wheel, ground ourselves in presence, and gently release what is no longer in alignment with our highest good.

This sacred gathering is a moment of renewal — a chance to move, breathe and find deep stillness within.

Breathwork Guided by Heart-Healing Hawthorn 🌿

Today's 1:1 session was a gentle, powerful journey, beginning with a 30-minute Hawthorn tea ceremony and intention setting, followed by a 60-minute Conscious Connected Breathwork journey, and closing with a 10- minute energy healing to calm the nervous system and support integration.

This session was held with the intention of softly releasing stored and unexpressed grief, meeting it with compassion and care.

Hawthorn, known as a heart medicine, supports us in opening to grief and gently letting go.

Conscious Connected Breathwork offers a non-verbal pathway to process and release emotion held in the body.

🔥 Bealtaine Blessings 🔥

Thank you to everyone who joined in honouring Goddess Ériu as we welcomed the fire of summer at the Bailiú Mullingar festival.

We grounded in sacred circle, moved to release old energy, shared heart-opening hawthorn tea, breathed deeply to clear and renew, and connected in meditation with Ériu and the sacred land of Ireland.

Bailiú is a new festival in Mullingar that celbrates Bealtaine, the ancient Celtic festival of fire, fertility and new life. The festival pays homage to our ancestors who gathered every year on the Hill of Uisneach to celebrate Bealtaine. There are many fantastic events planned for the May Bank Holiday weekend .

Bealtaine Gathering — Honouring Goddess Ériu
