I have been practicing yoga since 2009 and having yoga in my life has significantly changed who I am. Now , as a yoga teacher , I would love to share my passion with other people and show them all benefits of this amazing practice. The approach that I take in my class is a friendly, peaceful and down to earth one, making yoga accessible to people of all ages and abilities. I believe that yoga is not just for the strong and flexible, it can be enjoyed by everyone. I follow the approach of Krishnamacharya, the father of modern yoga, who said that is not the student who needs to accommodate themselves to yoga, but rather the yoga practice must be tailored to fit each person.

✨ Last Term of the Year! ✨

The final term of the year is here — a few weeks to move, stretch and feel your best before the holidays.

Classes start 4th November
•Killashee – 7-week term starting Tuesday, 4th November
•Sallins – 6-week term starting Monday, 10th November
• Extended Yin Yoga (90-minute class) – 21st November, 28th November & 19th December

Yin Yoga – long holds, deep stretches and calm stillness.
It’s often the hardest class for those who are always busy and find it hard to slow down — yet for many, it becomes their favourite hour of the week.

Improvers Yoga – for those who want to keep progressing, get stronger and move better.
Step out of your comfort zone and see how much your body (and mind) can do with consistency.

Beginners Yoga – gentle movements and stretches that help you ease stiffness and gradually build strength week by week.

September brings us back into routine — evenings get darker, and it’s my favourite time of year for Yin Yoga practice.

Slow, cosy evenings for Yin, with plenty of other classes to keep us moving and strong through autumn.

📍 Killashee – starting 3rd September (limited spaces)
📍 Sallins – starting 8th September (Monday) & 12th September (Friday)
