Sound Healing
through various techniques and technologies, is the educated and conscious use of the energy of sound to reach identified goals and promote wellness in the human system – including the expansion of consciousness. Science has proven that sound, or vibration, has a strong impact upon substance. For example, the study of Cymatics has shown how sound creates geometric patterns in matter. Dr. Emoto has proven that sound changes the molecular structure of water. However, more importantly, sound changes consciousness. Many ancient civilizations and modern indigenous cultures have used sound to heal and access higher levels of consciousness for thousands of years. There are a wide range of techniques that utilize sound as a tool for change. The most common and basic use of sound is for meditation and relaxation. Chanting, toning and overtone singing are some of the most powerful methods for resonating sound throughout the body. The use of nature sounds and natural instruments, such as crystal bowls and tuning forks, have specific healing frequencies and harmonics. Drumming and rhythm are now used by corporations to release stress and build team consciousness. Shamanic drumming takes people into altered states of consciousness. Sound is now being using by clinical psychologists to help children with certain learning disabilities. Binaural beat frequencies are used to entrain people into very specific states of consciousness. Sound is used to alter brainwave states to help people with sleep disorders and facilitate creative expression. Listening to one’s own root frequency enables an individual to create a more centered and grounded awareness within their life. The technique called Bio-Tuning uses root frequencies and binaural beats, played back through a sound table, to entrain people into specific brainwave states. Sound and music are also used to help with difficult life transitions, including birth and death. The medical community also uses sound and music in a variety of applications such as: during surgery to relieve pain, to break up gall stones and to relax muscles using ultrasound. Doctors are now finding the resonant frequency of organs in order to help vibrate them back into a healthy state. Perhaps most exciting is cutting-edge research that shows how sound might be used to disintegrate diseases such as cancer. About Viktor
Through the spiritual arts of meditation and yoga Viktor was first awakened to the field of energy work in the Czech Republic in 2006. To discover the essence of life Viktor began a four year pilgrimage to Spain in 2007 to participate in shamanic ceremonies and to practice Tai Chi and
Chi Kung. During this life changing experience his consciousness expanded and he was reconnected with his true self and realised the powerful unity that pervades all life. Viktor continues to practise Tai Chi and Chi Kung and participate in shamanic healing until today. In 2009 came initiation to Reiki and Viktor started to practice healing with family and friends. In 2010 Viktor was given the opportunity to study a course of Sound
Healing for 7 months at the International Association of Sound Healing in Alicante, Spain. The course introduced Viktor to different techniques of combining energy work with sound and vibration. Those techniques helped to clean Viktor's body and open up the chanels for the energy to come through him to increase his ability to help others to heal. After Viktor worked with sound healing in Spain for few months, he moved to Ireland in 2011 with his young family to continue working with the healing properties of sound. He also completed a course in Psychic and Spiritual Development. In 2012 Viktor created a meditation CD, which has helped to spread his message to more people who are interested in self healing and healing in general. He also completed a course in Dowsing for Health at the Life Vitality Clinic in Dunleer, Co. Viktor is now doing workshops and sound baths in Drogheda and Dundalk and has been visiting Holistic Fairs around Co. He is also volunteering with creating sounds for the Flame of Slane Festival, which is due to take place in Slane, Co. Louth at Easter 2013. Viktor its also part of Body and Sould Festival with a project in Earth and Spirit, where he is running Sound Temple. With that project he is taking part in Moynalty Yoga Festival, Vantastival, Spirit of Falk and others. In 2014/15 Viktor was working with people with learning desabilities in Saint John Of God North East Services, Saint Mary’s in Drumcar. And doing Sound Baths in Yoga studios, in co. Louth, Dublin, Armagh unitll the present day. In 2016 Viktor has expanded he’s work to Stoctland and created more digital project’s like Binaural Beats, chacras frequencies and frequencies of the Nature. Currently Viktor is also working in ABACAS school with autistic kids and expanding he’s work to Czech Republic. Other benefits

The Power of Sound Vibrations
Sound can move molecules, rearrange realities, and penetrate any substance. It moves 4 times faster in water than in air, and as the human body is 70% water, that makes us perfect resonators. Scientific studies show that sound waves can produce changes in the autonomic, immune, endocrine and neuropeptide systems of the physical body. Doctors use sound to treat kidney stones by non-invasively focusing a harmonic frequency on the stones. Kidney stones are crystals whose atoms vibrate at a specific frequency. The focused sound waves interact with the atoms of the kidney stones causing the stones to vibrate so quickly that the stones explode and dissolve.
