Dear Friends

There's so much that depends on the weather, and it's been extremely wet here in Ireland. In fact id go as far as saying its quite concerning in relation to the care of animals and food production. I think country folk are very aware of this. So from Ireland to your land - let's dream in the sunshine.

I've been very quiet on my page here over the past weeks and months...I went into some very lovely spaces, wintering so well and basically dealing with alot of everything. In one of my 2023 videos I shared how I'd speak about the painting Saoirse and to be honest the topic of 'freedom' and a poem I wrote about the same pulled me into a few deep spaces which needed ALOT of thinking time, exploring, observation, patience, energy tracking..... and, and, and....

On top of this I have needed to see improvement in my own knee recovery so I xan take the next 'right step' so Ive been resting the knee so I can move forward. Thank you everyone who kept in touch.

♡Meanwhile I managed to start a few paintings which I'll show you soon. When I've had the chance to paint its been really good for the soul.

♡Also its been lovely writing poetry again

♡ The love affair with the herb Rosemary continues, it could be on the edge of being an obsession. So many have benefited from a rosemary on a daily basis....ITS .HUGE

♡ Self healing and nurturing - experimenting!

♡ Knitting, absolutely loving it

♡ Learning Gaeilge (slow but steady)

♡Ive been studying a few 'homestead' type crafts and topics.

♡Reading, lots of reading up on herbs, gardening, alternative stuff, it's been brilliant joining the library again and studying

♡Keeping my own household well, healthy and happy over the winter.

♡ At last I've got out to the polytunnel and begun the preparations for this year's planting.

So it feels right to return to keep up with my Sandra Nelson Healing page and add a few updates here now and again. Consider yourselves updated thus far...

I trust you are all keeping well and in fine fettle. After a little well earned rest Distant Healing shall officially resume Thursday Mornings.

Spring is bursting forth, there's four seasons in a day, I'm looking forward to the sunshine and longer days.

Okay friends here's what I've noticed...

Scammers are sharing photos of injured dogs on Community based pages. The dog is usually said to be found injured on the side of the road. The person posting the original page asks everyone to 'bump the post'

This is a scammer or hacker

Some innocent person shares on a group or community page then the next day and for a while after there's text messages about....

LIE - MUM this is my new number I've lost my phone asks you to follow a link don't do it
Lie - an post there's some made up s*t about a parcel asks you to follow a link ' don't do it
LIE - A parcel delivery company has issues wants you to follow a link don't do it.

There's huge amount of scamming going on, texts every other week. Please be careful. Hope FACEBOOK try to notify people of the issues of scammers

Well well well....

So many of you know I've been offering distant healing and I thought I'd share a 'good news story' about my own experience of it.

My right knee has two tears 😢 in the knee cartilage and for most of 2023 I was crippled with pain, swelling, sleepless nights, needed anti inflammation painkillers.....

When I started the distant healing it was to refocus and get back into some more healthy practices over the winter....

AND now.....(drum roll)

Today I climbed Slieve Na Callieach, to watch the sunset with my beloved. As you can see the knee is still a wee bit swollen but nothing like it was...

So from when I started offering the distant healing I've seen a really significant improvement each day, each week.

Now my next suggestion is.....

Why not ask your elderly friends and neighbours if they'd like a wee bit of distant healing and if they say yes just send their names by private message.

Every little bit helps.
