✨ Reflecting on Last Tuesday’s Workshop: Connecting with Joy ✨

Last Tuesday, we had a truly uplifting experience as we connected with the joy that flows from Divine Presence within us. The energy in the room was filled with lightness, peace, and a deep sense of connection, we are still enjoying the lasting benefits of the practice. 💖

Through meditation, voice, art, and movement, we allowed joy to awaken and flow freely, as each of us tapped into our true essence, embracing the joy within. 🌿

Our final session of the 4-week workshop is this Tuesday, and there are still places available if you’d like to join us. It will be a beautiful culmination of everything we’ve explored, aligning with our soul’s truth and bringing it all together. ✨

I have been supporting a fabulous young lady over the past few weeks as she prepares for her transition to Secondary school in a few weeks.

Today we talked about calming tools & places that make us feel calm. She loves the beach and swimming in the sea. Within a short space of time she created this beautiful calm beach as we chatted about different things (she gave me permission to share her painting)

Therapeutic art gives us so many ways to process feelings and develop our inner strength as our brain is fully present in the creativity 💙 Different colours really effect us in different ways.

We finished with some yoga stretches to lead us into our meditation to fully allow the mind, body & spirit to connect into the relaxation response 🦋

When our amygdala feels safe we can begin to take on new challenges ❤️

✨ Reflecting on Last Tuesday’s Session: Moving from the Mind to the Heart ✨

What a beautiful and powerful day we had last Tuesday, as we gently moved from the busy mind into the peaceful, loving presence within the heart. 💖 Through meditation, voice, art, and movement, we created space to quiet the chatter and allowed our hearts to take the lead.

It was a day filled with surrender, release, and connection, as we embraced the flow of energy that guides us back to our true essence. 🌿 Each expression through voice, movement, and art was a reflection of the stillness and wisdom that resides deep within.

Here’s some of the beautiful artwork created during the session. 🌟 It’s always so inspiring to witness how these sacred expressions reflect the transformations that took place.
