January can feel like a big exhale after the Christmas madness 🎄✨
The decorations are down, the older siblings are back to school, and slowly… we find our way back into routine again.

But that doesn’t mean it isn’t overwhelming. New month, new to-do lists, tired bodies, and busy minds — especially for us mums.

So this is your gentle reminder to fill your cup too ☕️💗
Not with big plans or grand resolutions — but with the little moments that help you reset…
A quiet walk, a warm uninterrupted shower, catching up with a friend, fresh air, or simply pausing for a moment.

Hey! I’m Laura — the heart behind Loopy Lou’s 💕
Our new term starts next week, and with lots of new families joining, I wanted to jump on and say hello.

I know starting a new class can feel a little nerve-wracking, so my goal is to make it as warm, friendly and welcoming as possible — a space where you and your little one can have fun, connect and feel at home from day one.

This time of year always makes me pause and reflect — and I just want to say a truly heartfelt thank you to every single mum and family who has been part of Loopy Lou’s this year 💛

Thank you for showing up to classes — on the easy days and the tougher ones — for the smiles, the chatter, the cuddles, the brave first steps and the wobbly moments. Watching your little ones grow in confidence and seeing the beautiful bonds between you has meant the world to me.

I also want to say a huge thank you for all of your support outside the class too — every like, every comment, every share, every recommendation to a friend, and every kind word you’ve passed on. All of those little actions make a massive difference to a small business like mine, and I am so, so grateful. Loopy Lou’s simply wouldn’t be possible without you.

Whether you’ve joined us in class, supported from afar, or simply cheered us on online, you’ll always be a special part of the Loopy Lou’s family 💛
