Su***de or Survive is bringing our flagship Eden Programme to Portlaoise 💙

The Eden Programme is a free, 26-week programme for people who have thoughts of su***de or who have attempted to take their own life.

About the Eden Programme:
- An educational programme with a therapeutic element in a small group setting
- For people 18 years old and up
- Held once a week for 3 hours
- Self-referral only

The Eden Programme in Portlaoise starts in September 2026 and will be held Tuesday mornings from 10am to 1pm in Portlaoise Town Centre.
