I have always intended writing short tips for common conditions that Aisling and I use every day in Breath of Life Clinic so here’s the first one..
❄How to stay healthy this winter❄
1⃣ Include vit c in your diet daily, lemons, limes, oranges, grapefruits, kiwis, berries. 🍋🥝🍇🍓
2⃣ Make a big pot of vegetable and chicken soup every week, add plenty of fresh parsley, thyme, rosemary, garlic and onions. Have it 2 - 3 times, every week during the winter, great preventative medicine! 🍜
3⃣ Drink lots of water, 30mls per kg body weight, that's about 1 - 2 litres per day! 💦
4⃣ Careful with processed foods and dairy especially cheese.🧀🚫
5⃣. Use breath of life oil, (anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-fungal) weekly after a shower, massage all over the body and completely relax in an old dressing gown for 30 mins.
6⃣ Herbal mix - at first sign of a cold, sore throat, cough, flu, - 5mls every 2 hours. 🤧Contains elderflower, thyme, sage, echinacea, mint, ginger, cinnamon, boneset etc Tastes ok. Safe, natural and effective
