THE HOT BARREL IS GOING INTO HIBERNATION 🍁🍂

We are now temporarily closed, but we hope to return in the future🤞. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone who has visited the sauna since we opened. Whether you came to relax, enhance your recovery, warm up after a cold dip, recover after the night before or simply clear your mind from the outside world, your support means the world to me 🧡.

My goal was to create a welcoming space for locals and visitors alike to experience the benefits of sauna use, and I hope I succeeded.

Sauna Timeline Benefits- ⏳♨️

This timeline is the best guide as to immediate effects of single sauna use

This can vary from person to person and can also depend on the sauna temperature 🔥

If you are new to sauna use start slow build up and enjoy your sauna journey .
The more regular use of sauna studies have proven to be immensely beneficial to physical/mental health and over all longevity 🫀

Remember come to the sauna hydrated and drink plenty of water after use, as a guide it’s recommended to drink 500ml of water for every 10mins spent in the sauna 💦
