Hi everyone,
Hope your all having a great summer so far, not long until its back to school time. Sorry we have not been on for a while, had a busy few months. HG Duy has moved to tge West, Co Roscommon, we didnt say any goodbyes because we dont do goodbyes, we moved to the countryside where his new house is much bigger for Duy and his needs as he gets older. We would like to thank all the special staff in St Michaels House Baldoyle and Donabate for the love, care, fun and laughter they have shown Duy for many many years, you all hold a special place in our hearts, to all his carers who were only amazing to Duy for many years, day in day out, we also thankyou for everything you done for all of us, you were not just carers you became our family. To our special neighbours and friends in Oldtown, Duy is gonna miss his walks out and about and the waves you all gave him, thankyou too. To everyone who has had an impact on his life in more ways than just one, we thankyou too, Duy we hope will have a better quality of his life in Roscommon with space and new beginnings and new schools and making new friends. To the Gardai in Balbriggan, thankyou for the love and time you gave to Duy, you helped us make alot of memories. The respect shown towards him, we are forever gratefull. We will keep you all updated as to how he is getting on but theres a few pics over the last few months saying our 'not goodbyes' and also a special hello to a new family member, Duy has a new cousin "Baby Rory" whom is loved so much already.
