Hi all😊 Im running my next workshop on the last Saturday in August, (26th). This workshop is all about self care, Stress, Anxieties related illnesses, how stress can impact our mind/body and what we can do to allieviate it. Everyone at some stage or another has stress, it's unavoidable but what can we do to help ourselves🧐, ALOT. This workshop will commence 10am and run until 3.30pm, here in Cloonfad.
