This morning’s Parents First Aid Training was such a lovely session 😊

A huge shout out to the Cornerstone Frenchpark for hosting the First Aid morning - and pease pop over to their site to see what other community courses they offer!

We shared croissants, grapes, tea… and of course coffee ☕🥐🍇

But most importantly, we learned practical, life-saving skills that could one day help protect a little one.

A huge well done to all attendees today 👏

Anaphylaxis is fast.

And it’s frightening if you don’t know what to do.

But with the right knowledge, you can stay calm and act.

As a mum of two, I know how many questions sit quietly in the back of your mind…

The ones you don’t always ask in a group.
The “what if” moments.

The things that feel too small… or too scary… to say out loud.

That’s why I offer Parent First Aid sessions in your own home.

A safe, relaxed space where you can ask anything — openly, honestly, without pressure.

We sit together, we learn together, and we practise real-life situations like:

• choking in babies and children
• cardiac arrest & infant CPR
• minor injuries and everyday accidents
• anaphylaxis, seizures, and more

Everything is hands-on, including infant manikins and AED/defibrillator training — all equipment provided.
