Therapy is a process of feeling seen, building safety and gently unravelling patterns that no longer work for you. It can involve nervous system work, understanding blind spots, breaking old habits and learning how to be with your emotions in healthier ways for you and your relationships. It can be hard to look inside ourselves - see how we talk and treat ourselves. But there is profound healing when we do it. Self-compassion begins to grow inside us, and we see ourselves and the world in a different, positive way. It is easier to get lost in the outer world, but true understanding comes from self reflection and looking inside ourselves ❤️
