I am here to help you stay active and eat well, and find balance while managing your busy life. I’m a mum of two beautiful children’s a 6 year-old girl & 3 years old boy. I’m a professional nutritionist with over 17 years experience in the health and fitness industry. I know how hard it is to fit everything on your plate. I spend a lot of time talking to mums who are busy women just like you and are finding it difficult to balance career, home, and health. All of the mums are dreaming about getting back to the shape after having their babies but they just don’t know how and when to do it all. I am here to help you and to share my experience with you. I will help you get back on track and enjoy your new lifestyle. Eating well and exercising will benefit everyone around you.

When we feel great, we have the energy to tackle daily challenges and achieve our goals. My role as a Nutrition Therapist and Dietary & Fitness Coach is to support and educate every individual. I believe if more people are educated through as many ways as possible the greater chances they have of getting and staying healthy. As a Nutritional therapist & Fitness Coach I am using therapeutic approach to addressing specific health concerns such as: Anxiety, Arthritis, Asthma, Blood sugar imbalance (Hyperglycemia or Hypoglycemia, Metabolic Syndrome), Children's health, Chronic fatigue, Detoxification, Diabetes, Digestive problems (constipation, diarrhea, heart burn, wind, bloating, IBS, etc), Energy slumps, Food allergies and intolerance, Healthy weight loss, Hight blood pressure, Hight cholesterol, Hormonal imbalance (painful periods, bloating, PMS, endometriosis, PCOS, infertility, pre-menopause menopause and post- menopause), Insomnia, Mood disturbances, Skin problems (rash, spots, acne, hot flushes, dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, dandruff), Stress, etc. I am doing Online Classes, one- to - one consultation, educational group talks and corporate workshops.

YOGA FOR THE LEAVING CERT KIDS– SPECIAL OFFER

To all the amazing young people preparing for the leaving Cert this year – and the incredible parents supporting them – we see you, and we’re here for you.

Between the pressure, the exams, and the emotions, it’s so important to pause, breathe, and take care of both body and mind. That’s why we’re offering free yoga classes for all kids doing the LEAVING CERT when they attend with a parent.

Parents simply pay per class, and your child comes completely free.
Please note: Kids must be accompanied by a parent – this is a shared space for both of you.

Morning and evening classes available.
Offer valid until 26th of May.
