I have been working in the field of health and well being for 25 years, with a variety of trainings in many areas. I am always lead back to deep embodiment sessions as the cornerstone of healing at all levels. Shiatsu has a very wide application and supports the body, mind and spirit. It promotes a feeling of deep relaxation, increased vitality and well being and is effective in treating a range of common conditions. Shiatsu takes place while fully clothed on a mat on the floor or massage table. Shiatsu involves the use thumb/finger pressure on meridians/pathways of energy throughout the body. Gentle pressure, stretching, rotations all work to release blocked energy and renew the flow of life force in the body.
