Not all pain is due to muscular issues related to postural problems. Or physical injury. Stress, worry and anxiety can cause the muscles to tighten up over time. Deep tissue therapy can release the tension in the muscles caused by stress.

A birthday tribute to my father Jimmie Field 66 years young. A man known by the whole of sligo town😃 he was my first client at James Field Fitness sligo 2021 - 2022 during my PT courses in Donegal and my muscular therapy course in athlone 24-25 and came to all the exams as a client. Hes been a big help to me at this stage of my life. Constantly keeping me positive when sometimes i was not. And when i was down he kept propping me up. Happy b day dad 🙂🙂 this pic of us is 30+ years old when he was in the fca. Great days.

if you cancel the first session you wont be charged to book a second a pre payment will have to be made to book your second treatment and if you cancel your second slot the full amount has to be paid for that treatment. please understand i dont re fill all the spots and if i get a few in a row it affects my business. I am relying on people to come in to keep it going. i love what i do 🙏i am making it as reasonable as i can for everyone as I'm aware of the prices of everything these days and how mental things are with rents and bills. i allow 1 cancelation free for family bereavement or emergency. Casual cancelations and canceling for other events you may have forgot results in loss in my earnings. slots are limited and hard to re fill as i only have a saturday to work with. same rules applies to me👍
