I haven’t introduced myself in a while. So here it is. So I am Celine, I am originally from the South of France but I have been living in Ireland for the last 20 years. Before coming to Ireland I lived in Liverpool and Cologne (Germany). I have 2 daughters which are at 2 different stages of life: my eldest is 16 and my youngest is 5.

I have been working on a corporate environment for 20 years now and have learnt so many skills from interpersonal skills, negotiation and influential skills, communication skills among so many. I love what I do being a project manager but my passion for the last 6 years has been nutrition and the benefits of food. We take food for granted until we cannot keep down food like when I was pregnant the second time. Learning to make food swaps that will give me the same benefits for me and the baby was life changing for me. On the birth of my first daughter I was 26 and I had an eclamptic seizure during labour which could have been fatal and I am convinced that a better nutrition and lifestyle pre-conception and during pregnancy may have avoided this.

In my spare time I love being active walking, hiking and running. I ran a marathon the year I turned 40 to mark the occasion. I love movement and love yoga and Pilates which help me get to know my body. I love skiing it is the best holiday I could dream of. I love being in the water. I swam for years when I was younger at national level.
I specialise in women’s health from menstrual awareness, to fertility and also supporting women through their second puberty aka peri-menopause. I am passionate about what dietary and lifestyles interventions can do to someone’s health and wellbeing. Empowering women with solutions that can make their life better is very rewarding. Would you like to introduce more plant based food in your diet in 2022 but you are wondering how to do it properly? I like a varied diet and having plant and animal based sources however I think we would be better health wise if we had more plant foods and if we understood their properties. There are so many. I have a surprise for January where I will share with you what a plant based food is, what nutrients we need to ensure we get on a plant based diet and the health properties of a plant based food everyday for 30 days. #2022
