Reiki us an ancient energy healing practice that originated in Japan.It is not bound by any form of religion,but operates within the laws of life force energy that is present everywhere.Life force energy,or Chi(Qi),flows through us,even in non living things.When energy flows freely without blockage,we experience complete inner control.

When we look at the things we cannot change with different eyes we can change the way we feel about them.Sometimes you got to "let go and let God" so to release it to the universe and just allow.This is a lesson I'm trying to learn and it's also to do with control,feeling like I have the power to change it when I can't.Maybe someone else needs to hear this today aswell. Happy Monday😊

Two cards for today I pulled both to do with the inner child.The first 1 telling us to connect with that inner child step away from serious things in our life and dream,visualize,wonder and explore. Feed your inner child with fun,art,concerts and other recreational activities.The message is "come and play".
The second card is to do with intuition.Apply your intuition to non threatening situations and learn how it works.Dont try to control it you can't. Your inner child's willingness to share its magic so that you may benefit. The message is "trust me".
I think we all need to tap into our inner child daily to help us not be so serious about things that are not as important as we think they are.

Today's is a new moon in Aquarius time to release and more so set intentions for the next 6 months.Sit in a quiet place light a candle and clear your mind. write down your intentions you would like to bring to fruition over the next 6 months,journal,Do a new moon mediation.Try work with the energy of your star sign.Give thanks when your finished. Happy New Moon 🌚
